No other application offers the same innovative
combination of functionality as RightProcess.
This web-based application is designed specifically to help organizations of all sizes to define, document, and implement
their operating policies and procedures, with a unique focus on measurable accountability.
At the core of RightProcess is a robust policy and procedure management
engine that includes version control, document templates, assigned approvers,
customized review states, an audit trail, automatic review dates, and much
more. It's everything organizations need to manage their
operating policies and procedures with ease and efficiency. |
| |
The first point of measurable accountability occurs when employees are assigned membership to a particular group(s). The
associated policies and procedures are automatically posted to their
personalized account in order to measure staff awareness and the accountability of each employee. Each individual is responsible for signing off on their assigned
policies and procedures. In return, managers can track who has
signed off and who hasn’t, and whether or not the sign offs are
“Delinquent” or "Ontime." |
 |
| |
Next, Review Questions can be assigned to the members of a group to ensure each employee
has an accurate understanding of what they’ve signed off on which is another key measurement of accountability. Results
are scored and measured for each individual employee as well as for
the overall group. Managers find the specific results helpful when
following up with employees or when identifying those policies and
procedures which require clarification or additional detail. |
 |
| |
Using RightProcess, each employee is also encouraged to submit
Contributions, making it easy for everyone in the organization to
share their best ideas for process improvements. Managers not only
benefit from the proposed changes, but they can measure and track each
employee’s value as it relates to whether or not the individual is
helping to improve the organization’s overall performance. How many
contributions have been submitted by each employee and whether or
not the suggestion(s) are “Accepted” or “Declined” is tracked and
made easily available to the appropriate manager. |
| |
When changes are made or new policies and procedures are published,
RightProcess automatically communicates the changes to the right
group so everyone is kept current and nobody is left out of the
loop. This fully-automated process saves managers significant time
and effort by eliminating excuses such as “Nobody told me that.”
“When did we start doing it that way?” or “I must have missed that
meeting.” |
| |
When it comes time to conduct an internal audit or a quality assurance initiative, the Audit functionality
found in RightProcess will generate a checklist
of the associated tests and tasks that need to be completed as part of the audit.
The audit results are then easily entered and made accessible to management who
can quickly determine areas of vulnerability or concern.

The data displayed in the highly intuitive Dashboard brings life to
an organization’s accountability for the defined policies and procedures by pointing managers to important areas
of concern. What policies and procedures haven’t been published? Who
still needs to sign off? Which employees are contributing the most?
What are the Review Question results indicating? These key questions are
answered through the use of the intuitive gauges and charts, making
it easy for managers to take action in order to execute and sustain
their organizational procedures. |
 |
| |
The reports have been carefully designed to include relevant data
pertaining to each employee's measurable accountability to the organization’s
policies and procedures. Of particular interest is the Individual
Activity Report which highlights each employee’s history as it
relates to Sign Offs, Contributions, and Review Question results. Using this
particular report, managers find it significantly easier to manage
staff members—achieving employee compliance with a relatively lower
level of effort based on the availability of the measurable accountability. |
